Weather Fax Plugin

On MacBook Pro, Weather Fax Plugin is missing the 3 menu commands between the window's title bar and the "FAX" window below. Can't get it configured to find faxes with missing commands. Downloaded the plugin and reinstalled again, but commands are still missing. What is the fix?

Re: Weather Fax Plugin

What is your screen resolution?
Would the missing menu items be File, Retrieve and Help.
Can you grab the lower right corner of the menu and expand it please?

Dragged lower right corner. Also tried maximizing, still no menu for File, Retrieve, and Help.
Screen is 1280 x 800
MacBook Pro 13 inch late 2011, all updates done.

Ron...

On macOS, the menu is always on the top of the screen, not part of the window. Once the plugin window is active, the application menu should be replaced by the 3 items relevant to the plugin. It is here.

Re: Weather Fax Plugin

Learned something new today! Never saw commands at the top of the screen outside the window before in all the years that I have used this MaBook. That’s also what I get for checking my wife’s old PC to see how it looked. Thanks for the quick replies.
