Viewing Expired OESENC Charts?

I was under the impression that once you buy an oeSENC chart, you lose the ability to update it after one year, but you have the right to continue using it.


I always update charts I am using actively, but for some cases I don't mind using one a year or two old -- for example, I will sail less than 60 miles in Finnish waters this year, and consider my 2019 Finnish chart perfectly adequate.


Likewise with Sweden. And indeed I can see my 2019 Swedish charts, but can't get the Finnish ones to show up no matter what I do. They are showing the "My Chart Sets" and "Available oeSENC Charts" lists, and I have done "Scan Charts and Update Database", and "Force Full Database Rebuild", with "Prepare All ENC Charts", but no dice. This particular computer is properly shown as the selected system.


What to do?

What version of O? What version of the oeSENC plugin? What OS and version?

What to do?

The charts will stay indeed until the system dies or some system update will change the system identity.
As you have the Swedish charts life, there can't be major change of your system.
If you send us your log file to o-charts, we can have a closer look.


And yes: version of OCPN and oeSENC? - we shall see this from the log, but anyhow...
