Using Canadian Charts

I recently purchased some Canadian raster charts from the Canadian government source. They come encrypted and you have to register to decrypt them. After completing the registration process, OpenCpn does not load and use the charts, although other nav programs I have, like Coastal Explorer, do. Is there any way of getting OpenCPN to use these charts?

Have you installed the BSB4 plugin?
