Users to Open with a Pilot

AUX UTILISATEURS D'OPEN CPN AVEC UN PILOTE
0

Bonjour,

JP

USERS TO OPEN WITH A PILOT

Hello,
How to activate the track on the pilot?

Configuration:

1. Pilot Raymarine st 6000 with SPX30
2. output of NMEA inputs are connected to the SPX 30 pc
3. in the open configuration, the port is clearly identified and active
4. by activating the road, on the screen ST 6000, I get the WP with their names, distance, heading to reach the correct WP

So the connection to pc driver works correctly.
I do not speak of the connection to pc driver, I would have a multiplexer to receive data from SPX 30

But when I enable the feature track on the pilot after the beep beep, I have the information: no data, so the driver does not receive data from open while he may receive from a tracer is what is shown on the record of the driver.

Clearly, I want to enslave the driver to open the road made of cpn.

Has anyone ever used this configuration?
Among the specialists open, is what one of you to answer?

Thank you for your answers. JP

Re: Users to Open with a Pilot

if you see data for the waypoint on the display of the ST6000 you should be good to slave the pilot to it, but....but I had sometimes met this "NO DATA" problem. (I do this for a living), what I can tell you is to check your connection to the course computer, are you using the correct shield connection? where are you taking the data from? directly from the PC or you have a prior connection to other equipment, are you sharing NMEA to any other instrument? VHF?

this is not clear:

" 2. output of NMEA inputs are connected to the SPX 30 pc "

you mean the output is connected to the input?

regards
alex
