User tide data on linux

Having problems getting alternative data sets working for tidal data using navigatrix linux. Made a new directory /usr/local/share/opencpn/UserTCData then put a couple of folders in there, each with a harmonic and harmonic.idx file, but in the toolbox it just shows default - any ideas why?

The directories must be created in /home/"username"/.opencpn/UserTCData/.....which is the same place as UserIcons.
