upgraded to beta 2.6, libgps cant load

When running 2.5, opencpn gave a warning saying libgps not reporting version, load anyway.
with 2.6 beta cant load at all, it is however installed.
I dont have a gps plugged in on this pc.

Thanks for the report. I can see the problem in the code, and is an easy fix.

Meanwhile, you should be able to operate by creating a link from libgps.so.19 to libgps.so (in /usr/local/lib, probably), and then running ldconfig to update the library.
