Tracker 13: Dashboard HIST & SweepPlot

SweepPlot meets the majority of User Feature Requests for History Charts.

Sean has built a plugin which accomplishes most if not all of what many Dashboard feature requests have asked for, except for a greater ability to pick or determine which nmea data types are shown, and the ability to save the data to a file.

Please VOTE for this item so it gets some focus:

FS#1653 : HIST Nmea multiple historic strip charts - Develop SweepPlot further

There are associated HISTory Items in Dashboard which are related, which will be largely addressed by support of FS#1653
FS#1120 : HIST Upgrade to a General History of Data (from wind history)

FS#1248 : HIST Wind history does not decode MDA, MWD, MWV

FS#1760 : HIST Wind units - change instruments wind units, does not change hist units.

FS#1941 : HIST Wind and barometric pressure history > 40 min, User configurable, file

FS#1720 : HIST Barometric - Adjust the scale.
