toolbar not saved with W10/touch screen

Using 4.8.8 version OpenCPn on my Dell XPS18 with W10 and touch screen, the changes of the toolbar are not saved when closing the app. Also the changes metric/knots a.s.o are not saved. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug to be fixed?

Are you using inland ECDIS settings maybe??

Yes, you are right. meanwhile I unchecked this. I used the ECDIS settings, while displaying the Dutch inland charts from RWS. I'm stil not happy with these....
Toolbar changes are saved meantime.
