Tides and Currents Vanished

I updated my Linux nav computer with the latest Mint and the latest OpenCPN.
I no long can display tides and currents. The boxes are there for me to check, it just doesn't work.
This is true for RNC and ENC.

Here you go. I tried several reinstalls and still no tides.

Fixed it.

Ran this and tides are back.
Sudo apt-get install software-properties-common

sudo add-apt-repository ppapencpn/opencpn

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install opencpn

Apparently just running sudo apt-get install opencpn works but leaves files out.
Anyone know how to not have the text be an emoji?

Now a new problem - I can't edit the vector chart display in User Standard Objects and the way it is set now it makes most navigation marks vanish unless zoomed WAY in.

it is the colon O. Wrap your text in code block:

Sudo apt-get install software-properties-common

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:opencpn/opencpn

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install opencpn

The code block is the "#" symbol in the advanced editor (basically same as the quote block, but with the word "CODE" instead of "QUOTE").

Confirmed with a second install, fixing the PPA fixes the tides and currents.
