Test Fedora 41 on RPI 4

Fedora comes with a new version 41 for the RPI 4. Is beta for this moment..

Can report that OpenCPN flatpak 5.10-2.2 and the latest SignalK-server works great.
Flatpak is default in Fedora.

Fedora always comes with the latest Linux developments. (supported by Redhat/IBM)

Now with the latest kernel 6.11.0-63 and the Btrfs file system.

O-chats plugin is also working.

What a progress has been made with the same hardware.
