sweep plot

Looking to play with the new sweep plot. I'm not the most technically savvy but i can't seem to find an installer. I have downloaded the zip file but don't see an .exe file or way to implement. I'm sure it is something simple that i'm missing. running windows based pc with windows 7

This plugin is not working properly. Sorry. It has to be fixed.

Prerelease Versions
1. Newest version - has bugs
2. Older version

Newer Version Bugs
If there is no data when you start the pi, Opencpn fails.
If you set transparency to 0 the plugin becomes totally lost with no recovery. Don't do it!

Also the PI has the Disable, Enable ug that crashes Opencpn.
