Going to Desolation Sound.

Are there electronic charts for that area that will work with OpenCPn?

If so, a source?

Many people download the pirated CM-93 charts that are available free from various sources on line. Desolation Sound is covered.

OpenCPN has advice in the help files on where to find charts.

We went to Cape Breton Island last summer and are planning on the Bay of Fundy this year and the CHS charts work fine for us on OpenCPN. We use raster charts, so I can't speak to the vector versions, but I would guess they would be all right too.
