Data are coming from a Maretron USB100. I have a Garmin gps and a Garmin (Airmar) depth gage. Using software
, the output of each sensor is being properly output from the USB100.
Connected via /dev/ttyACM0, proirity1, 4800 baud, input, and accepting only sentences. I have selected all sentences and the gps can be displayed through the dashboard, but the depth reads zero. If I select ignore sentences and select all available sentences to be ignored, the depth reads correctly in dashboard but the gps ceases to be read. I agree that this makes no sense and only accidentally discovered it.
I would very much like to read both at the same time. Thanks
