I have an issue with my openCpn in Vector charts tab i can't have display category Mariner's standard this option is not available ? Why and what to do?

I agree the reason for the change in 5.2 is not self-evident but its goal is to solve the "opposite" scenario; someone change the settings but that makes no difference on charts. -Until "User standard" is selected in the hamburger menu.
