Sending Data To Polar Navy

I am new to the forum and tried to open the wiki at (https://opencpn.org/wiki/dokuwiki/do...ntary_software) to no avail. I had found a reference somewhere online for PolarCOM but to no avail.... I am trying to forward all the ships data to Polar Navy as well OpenCPN (same machine). I like both running for different reasons. I have connected to my Raymarine Network via a Actisence NGW. I have tried a number of things but I currently have a output UDP port opened (127.0.0.1:10110) up on OpenCPN. I have a NetClient, UDP (127.0.0.1:10110) created on Polar Navy. I also have the firewall turned off. OpenCPN NMEA debug window shows data going out the UDP data but Polar Navy NMEA Terminal is registering nothing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have tried a TCP connection, different ports etc. Thank you Anthony

Re: Sending Data To Polar Navy

Anthony...

Welcome aboard.

I don't know Polar well. But you may try setting the Polar UDP input parameters as:

0.0.0.0:10110

The OCPN output parameters seems OK.

This should take UDP from any source, at port 10110.

Good Luck, and let us know how this works.
