Screen Hardware

So my E120 Classic has died.

As a long-time user of OpenCPN, I'm happy that I can integrate it will all the sensors I have (apart from my old analog radar). My real question is that I'm looking for an affordable sunlight-readable screen that I could use to replace the plotter screen. I'm envisioning a fixed main screen at the helm as currently and also a synchronised tablet elsewhere.

Please give me your recommendation of what works and what doesn't

I used a USB powered screen 15.5" and a raspberypi 3 for my opencpn unit

I run the entire system off a portable USB recharge battery.

There is a touch screen version that cost $50 more as well as one that has battery built in. Together all the components use about 1,500ma or 1,5 amps @ 5v so the recharge battery has 26000ma (around 17 hrs), and recharges overnight.
