Hello.
Forgive me if this is not an
OpenCPN issue, although I can only recreate it with
OpenCPN. I have a 10.1" touch
screen (cheap) which I mount upside down for better cabling runs. I therefore invert the
screen orientation in the Rpi 5 screen preferences. In OpenCPN, if a pop up window appears (such as right click on a
route and select delete, the warning "are you sure" dialog box appears or open general settings window) the HDMI screen goes garbled/blank/dark grey. Replugging the HDMI cable or
power cycling the screen and it brings it back. The Pi is still accessible via SSH and appears not to be affected. This only happens when the HDMI signal is inverted (not it doesn't matter what the orientation of the screen is physically). It is most bizarre and I can't fathom what is causing it. I can see no odd output in xorg log or dmesg. I haven't been able to recreate this in any other
software on the Pi, not that I have that much apart from OpenCPN anyway. I am baffled, any ideas would be appreciated.
