rotation control plugin

I have written a plugin to control advance features related to rotated view of charts.

This includes:

heading up
course up
route up
wind up
south up
...

Also course left/right/down or any other angle as many rectangular screens give more space to see ahead this way, or in my case, it is convenient when the computer screen is parallel to the direction of travel it I prefer course right or left. The low pass averaging can be customized and in my opinion this plugin makes course up actually useful when before few people would consider anything besides north up. Please send feedback.

Does this plugin only work on 4.1.427 ??

you must use latest git opencpn

Sean, I tried it with v 4.1.427 and it seems to crash opencpn. Because I had to change my Opencpn Development Environment for 4.1.427 I do not yet know if I have that right, but the compiled Opencpn v 4.1.427 seems to run ok.

When I disable rotationctrl_pi the program does not crash. Also when the plugin is "enabled", when I try to close O v4.1.427 it seems to start the crashreport routine very briefly, every time. Wen the plugin is enabled with your rotation control icons up in the menubar, when I try to select one of those the program crashes.

Perhaps I should run the plugin with debug later. Let me know if you'd like that.
