restricted area objects and performance

I have isolated a major performance drag running openCPN on windows, version. 5.2.0+4d956e1.

as soon as a restricted area line enters the screen, scrolling rate drops to near unusable and everything runs crazy slow.

would be a shame if I coudnt use the system without removing restricted area, i think its an important bit of the offering, prob a deal breaker

anyone else have and solve this issue??

once that is off, I can have ALL graphics on and it sail through scrolling
