Hello again,
maybe this answers some questions you asked :
So I discovered that there pops-up an error message as you can see on the
screen. If enabling HALO A and HALO B it maybe that HALO B gets a bit further so depending on the network setup there is sometimes a
serial number.
Thanks to your explanation I understood I just need HALO A which immediately throws the error message.
I provide
sensor data (actually also by simulation) to
OPenCPN which seems to be recognized (Heading, Position, Time, Speed). WMM is also active.
From the Screenshot and Radar PPI I assume OpenGL is also working (but maybe not due to having two GPUs inside the
Laptop - INtel and AMD).
I would now assume that the error message comes from the task which should subscribe to the Multicast. If this fails maybe there is no Radar recognized?
I still use a simple switch with DHCP active (my Laptop gets the 192.168.1.100 and the HALO20 gets the 192.168.1.101).
On Wireshark I can see both talking - but unfortunately not with each other :-(
(192.168.99.1 is the switch)
Is there maybe a log file in the Radar PI or OPenCPN which could help?
