Radar plugin 5.5.5 for use with OpenCPN 5.10 released

Dear Cruisers,

It's taken us much longer than we hoped, but finally the companion release of the radar plugin has been released that goes optimally with OpenCPN 5.10.

It should be available in most if not all platforms that OpenCPN itself is published in (maybe not all Linuxes). New is macOS on Apple Silicon support and updated Linux native and flatpak platforms.

As to features and fixes, the following has been done:

- Fix colors not showing in Preferences dialog on Linux
- Allow setting of loglevel, fixed heading and position in Preferences dialog
- Fixed a crash in weather mode
- Small Raymarine fixes
- Small Navico fixes
- Do not overlay radar on chart without heading source
- Updated translations
- Compatibility with OpenCPN 5.10.0 (macOS universal build)
- #248: Stay Alive message for Halo radars not in line with latest Simrad MFD (#248)

For the owners of a Raymarine Quantum radar.

In this release the software for the Quantum Radar has been updated. Two major bugs bugs were found and corrected. The 4 an 8 mile ranges had no radar image. The mode button, Harbour, Offshore, Coastal and Weather, would hang-up the plugin, corrected as well.
Important is the operation of the Quantum radar without a Raymarine MFD (Axiom). This is possible, without a software change in the radar_pi. The clue is that the Quantum radar requires a DHCP server on the network to operate. This DHCP server is normally available in the Axiom MFD, but may also be provided by the user in another device. Hi all,
I upgraded system to OpenCpn5.10 and RadarPi 5.5.5 can't seem to get AIS targets to show on PPI show on overlay box are ticked in preferences.
What am I missing?

Is overlay on chart working? If no, then that's your problem: we need to know the orientation and GPS position of the center of the PPI window in order to do AIS overlay over radar PPI.

I did not check overlay on chart just a seperate PPI ,will do soon and report back

Radar overlay is working just fine and show vessels in correct place but still no Ais targets on separate PPI.

You have in radar control View=> enabled "AIS/ARPA on PPI"?

Hi,
I have OpenCPN 5.10.2 but even if I update the plugin list I only get radar pi 5.5.0. Also some plugins that should be available are missing from the list, like twocan pi.
