Problem to reinstall open cpn on Mac

Hi,
I wanted to install the new beta open cpn on my macbook (10.6.8), but it is not compatible. And now I want to re-install the stable version 3.2.2, it does not work.
I désinsallé app with AppCleaner but that is not enough.
Someone would have a solution?

You can't upgrade to Yosemite? It is for free.

As far as I know Snow Leopard is not supported anymore by OpenCPN because the old OpenCPN versions are for 32bit systems and the newer Mac OS X versions are now 64bit. But I could be wrong about this.

AppCleaner might be good for genuine Mac software. But OpenCPN might perhaps not be recognized by AppCleaner.
Usually OpenCPN from opencpn.org write several files in your home directory: ~/Library/Preferences/
These are:
opencpn.ini
navobj.xml and navobj.xml.1 to navobj.xml.5
perhaps also navobj.xml.changes
org.opencpn.plist
possibly cm93 directory
and possibly directories called s63 and SENC

and in directory: ~/Library/Application Support/
chartlist.dat

Keep your navobj.xml file because it holds all your routes, tracks and waypoints. Others might be deleted and will be rebuild by new configuration of OpenCPN.

Beta version 3.3.1824 runs under OSX 10.6.8 so I guess 3.2.2 will still do the same.
Problem with OSX 10.6.8 seems to start with the 3rd or 4th last beta versions.

I've put a request in Tracker about that.
