I could not get this plugin to register with OpenCPN 3.02. All other plugins appear to work when file is placed in plugin folder, this one did not work for me on windows 7. Any help appreciated.

Don't need the log anymore, please redownload the DLL now and you should be fine.
I've built the original DLL against my current development codebase which is not completely compatible with 3.0
