Plugins and outboard and laptop!

I'm just trying to do something. I have a laptop with Opencpn and CM93 and GPS mouse, used for marine navigation, and that's working great.
I also have a small fishfinder Garmin 90 which I'm using as sounder.

Now i'd like to try to connect garmin 90 fishfinder to laptop, somehow?
Or,
Is there any way to connect my Mercury 90hp 3cyl Carb 1997 to laptop, somehow? To see rpm, oil, water pressure or whatever?

Is there any way of doing that using the Plugins for OpenCPN ? Maybe some interface aor adapter to connect marine network or data cable to USB or whatever else?
