Mike, to fix android dialogs to be resizeable in other plugins, is this worth trying?

If you can import on your tablet you can test the latest Android alpha. Resize menu appears by using a double click on the main dialog. This got lost in v1.14.0. But there are other problems with Android frcurrents_pi that I am puzzling over.
