Interesting question -- does GLONASS also go out?

Most modern GNSS receivers will take GLONASS and Galileo as well as GPS and I think would work ok if GPS were to go out.

I have a radar, but it is not connected to OpenCPN.

The jamming has been much further north than I live, so I have no first-hand experience. I believe that the other types of GNSS are less affected than GPS.
Airplanes are more affected than ships.

I think one should not rely on GNSS alone. The position should always be verified by traditional navigation/radar.

Harder to ignore the flood of reports of GPS jamming. See the attached graphic from GPSJam.

As I noted upthread, if you've a sextant and a smartdevice, then Frank Reed's app (for either Android or iOS) GPS Anti Spoof (or GPS Anti Spoof Pro) is a fine way to use your sextant to check the quality of your GNSS signal. See: ReedNavigation.com
