Bit geeky with the ESP's but openplotter is pretty close to plug and play. Actually, much of what openplotter used to do is covered by signal now, lots plugins and apps where the clever people have done a all the hard work for you
Openplotter packages everything together with an easy front end to set everything up. V2 on the way with better documentation apparently.
