OpenCPN zoom control

I'm a relatively newbie to OpenCPN. I'm experiencing an issue with there not being a 1.0x zoom setting for a raster chart that I am using. It opens at 1.2x and when I click the "-" button on the toolbar it jumps all the way to 0.6x. When I click the "+" button is jumps back to 1.2x. I want to view the chart in 1.0x. Is there a method of controlling the zoom increments more precisely?

On a fundamental level what is the reason for OpenCPN not liking 1.0x? Is it something about the chart?

"Alt" + "+" or "-" gives finer steps.

Thank you. I had noticed that in the manual but didn't consider it because the soft keypad that my tablet displays doesn't have an Alt key. However, you've stimulated me to dig deeper into the tablet. I have found an alternative soft keyboard with an Alt key. I've now succeeded in setting zoom to 1.0x - and OpenCPN remembers after a tablet shutdown and restart!
