For me there is none (Zoom on the status bar changes by to the same value wether with or without Shift key).

Try this re-compiled version of the Logbook plugin: http://opencpn.de/sites/default/file...logbook_pi.dll
Works for me ...

You are right. I had not seen everything.

On my netbook, I note this :

"CTRL +" not work.
"Fn +" work with blue key
"+" work with black key.
"Shift +" work with black key
"Shift Fn +" work with blue key

The blue key and the black key are not the same key on the kayboard.

Idem for -

Yeah, let's do that! I don't care for the fadeout toolbar. I'm satisfied, though, by being able to turn off that feature. When enable transparent toolbar is unselected does the toolbar window still have to always be on top?

Or is there a shortcut that I dont know?
otherwise a bar would be okay which indicates if I'm back at the brightest position.
Hold the shift key down while pressing F6 to reverse the dimming operation.

Hi,
Working under Win XP.
Since I upgraded from build 423 to 523, the Google Earth plug-in has disappeared... Any trick ?

Because the plugin GE was not updated with 1.5api. See the first post of this thread and other post in this thread.

Re: OpenCPN Version 2.4 Beta Build 523

Hi,

There is a very nice feature to change
"Show Lat/Long as -> Degrees, Minutes, Seconds"
But unfortunately when I leave OpenCPN this settings disappear (not saved)
when I open it again.

I just rebuilt both plugins updated with 1.5 API using Pavel's github repo

http://opencpn.org/sites/default/fil...ecomapi_pi.dll

http://opencpn.org/sites/default/fil...art/wmm_pi.dll

Hehe ..., so we made the work twice ... .
I did the same and just set up a (temporarily) page on the German OpenCPN site (but in English).
I also changed the DLL file names according to Dave's example with the BSB 4 plugin - seems to work without any problems.

If you like you can change the download links in the wiki, too.

If we just want to gain some space why not "simply" make the toolbar slide in and out (see screenshots)?
Addendum:
There seems to be an appropriate class for this type of tasks: wxWidgets: wxCollapsiblePane Class Reference

Just observed a crash on accessing the toolbox - Win, GPS puck configured, but changed COM port after replugging -> uninitialised pointer.
