Hello Dave,

1° Just an idea ... This concerns the BUAARE object (builkt-up area) and the OBJNAM attribut of this object.

I observe that for SHOM, as for UHKO, there are two kinds of possible contents.
- Either the name is written entirely in capital letter,
- Either, the upper case is only at the beginning of the name, the other letters are in lower case.


I also observe that it is the same with the Chinese map that BruceShum provided. So I guess that's part of the official S57 regulation.
Would it be possible, when the user wishes, that for this type of object, only the OBJNAM written entirely in upper case is displayed?

This would be a way of decluttering the text, which is probably quite simple to implement.

2° I installed the ENC card "C25C507W.000 / 001/002" that BruceChum reported.
I would remind you that BruceChum indicates that, depending on whether he uses version 4.4 or 4810129, he sees an object or does not see it.
I do not have the 4.4, but referring to its screenshots, I do not see this object with the 4810203.

For the China chart, you will need to find and delete the SENC file, and allow it to be rebuilt naturally. Then you should see the FAIRWY feature.

Please correct the font size in the right-click menu (for Russian localization)
Also, the font size does not apply to the group selection submenu

This is a wxWidgets/Windows bug. Applies to all languages. After much experimentation, it is found it is not possible to correct in OpenCPN. We hope this can be corrected in a later version of wxWidgets.

So, now, with O4.8.0 and 4.8.10203/4 I see what you do not see.
Here a screen shott with my O480 version. (Before I delete SENC folder, I do not see that I see with the new SENC folder)

I deleted the SENC folder and have it rebuilt. The boundary lines are back.
