Opencpn Plugin RTLSDR

I have been trying to download the RTLSDR AIS plugin to my Raspberry pi4 which is running Opencpn.
The command I used is "sudo apt-get install opencpn-plugin-rtlsdr"
But have not had any success, it comes back with "unable to locate package". Has anybody got some info about this?

Hello. That means you are missing the required repository... Find out what the repository is and put it in the correct file, probably in /etc/apt, or download the package and install it with the package manager... I can't say much more as details depend on your distribution of Linux...

You've set up the PPA, correct?
Why not look at the PPA?

Depends what version of Raspian you are running . I don't think that there is a version of the RTLSDR plugin anywhere for Buster. Somebody may have posted a link to one a week or so back so go back through the previous posts on the subject and you might find it.
