opencpn on SamsungGT n8010 4.1.2

I had opencpn running perfectly on my GT N8010.
I did a factory reset and reloaded opencpn and now cpn does not work.
cpn 5+ will not open on my tablet. What is the highest version of cpn which will work on my Samsung tablet 4.1.2 ? Any help please. Michael
