OpenCPN Not Launching on Windows7 Laptop

Hi all, I'm having a HP pavilion laptop running on windows 7, I have tried all opencpn versions, it is geting installed but while opening it fails to open.At the same time it is opening with my desktop computer running on windows7. i have installed c++ package as well still no help.So some one please guide me to get out of this problem

Hi all, Finally from one of the older post found that changing the language will do the magic.Yes changed English (india) to English(U.S) viola opencpn opened without any trouble.
