Ron, the screenshot of ChartDownloader looks good, normal and the button is there.
Does this user know how to use the ChartDownloader, I wonder?

No, we are not maintaining documentation of Apple macOS, we are maintaining documentation of OpenCPN. And we are not able to do even that in time.

Please stop, the issue of chart downloader plugin not working on old macOS releases was identified and fixed long time ago, there is nothing we need anybody to do about it further.
