OpenCPN is shutting down when I expand the view

OpenCPN is shutting down when I expand the view

Opencpn 5.0.0+9065270
Computer ASAU ES-575G-53VG
Windows 10 Version 1903
Chart: CM93_ed2_May_2009
GE Kap chartlets
GPS: BU353 S4

Summary
I have been using this setup for years on this computer with no problem.

Since updating to Windows Version 1903 OpenCPN is starting just fine and shows both GE and the chart in zoom mode but when I try expand the chart and go to a much larger view (example 1:153500) and then move the chart it freezes and then shuts down.

Troubleshooting
1. Redownloaded current version of OpenCPN and it shutdown
2. Removed the GE kap chartlets and it shutdown
3. Removed the CM93 charts and OpenCPN continued to run OK
4. Replaced the CM93_ed2_May_2009 with another version CM93 and it shutdown

I can supply the log file if you can tell me where I can find it. I can paste it into a following post
