Yes, in fact. I was using what Display Settings on this HP Envy 360 marks as (Recommended), which are 3200x1800 resolution, and 250% scale. All applications I normally use look fine with these settings, incuding OpenCPN, except its tide and current symbols.
Changing scale to 100% at that high resolution is awful, but with 100% and resolution scaled down by a factor of 2.5 to 1280x720, the tide and current symbols in OpenCPN now look like they do in your screenshots. Everything else looks better at 250% and 3200x1800 as you'd expect with all those pixels; fonts generally a lot crisper etc.
So, I would rather fix this issue by being able to set CurrentArrowScale and TideRectangleScale as with earlier versions.

How best to do that? As a .ini file, file type is invalid; as .txt, "Your file of 15.7 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 1,000 Bytes for this filetype."
