Look in the manual under supplementary hardware > rpi accessories.

As seen here things can happen everywhere so today's status with different system would be an advantage:

Re: Help revision needed

The discussion of Mark and Route Manager in the manual, under FAQ needs to be revised regarding changing the WP icon in a route. It is now possible to do that.

Mark and Route Manager 'Filter'

I could not find any discussion about the 'Filter' feature of the Mark and Route Manager in the manual. But by trial and error I believe it to be a 'Find' feature which I suggest describes that feature a bit better.

Re: OpenCPN General

Opencpn wiki manual.

Since PI manuals in the wiki are depricated we need a link at the top of each one pointing to the new version and a note.

I will start adding this to the pi i manage but ask that other editors devs do so too to complete the task.

Thanks very much

Re: OpenCPN General

I cant see the charts that I paid for and downloaded a couple of years ago.
I get a message from oeSENC PLUGIN "The o-charts.org server is unavailable"
Any ideas on what I need to do?
I think my version is 5.2.6 [78], Whatever that means?

The server was on maintenance (updates/upgrades) some minutes this morning. Please try again.

Still nothing. What should I do in the software to get my charts back?
I'm not even shore that i'm doing it the correct way?
Should the charts be stored on my device or are they online somewhere?
This is the directory shown on my charts tab.
/storage/emulated/0/android/data/org.opencpn.oesencplugin/files/Charts/gta4xlwifi6376-au2020-25
Any ideas?

Re: OpenCPN General

Update the version of your plug-in using the internal plug-in manager of OpenCPN at Options|Plug-ins. Update catalog and look for plug-ins marked for updates.

A "refresh chart list" at Options|Charts|oeSENC will list your licensed chart sets and their actual status.

The licenses of the charts are valid for one year. During this time frame you can request charts (always the latest actual version).
After that time it is not possible any more to request sets.

If you have the set still on your phone or tablet, there is no reason that it shall not be displayed. Is there any error message?

I get a message "An error has occured processing o-charts.org server query.
Server result: (27)"
Ive checked my account and I purchased the charts a little under a year ago so I ahould still be able to update things.

Re: OpenCPN General

The error "27" indicates that you are not with the latest versions of the plug-in.

Most probably your phone has been updated and has now an Android version which requires a new plug-in.

In case you are getting with the latest plug-in installed some error indicating that the device has changed and the license is not valid, please contact the o-charts support at info@o-charts.org

Re: OpenCPN General

Ive refreshed the charts list and the Australian Vector charts appeared.
The software is currently preparing charts. but I keep getting a mesage
"your chart set prep is not complete. You can continue to wait or return to this screen later to complete the download.
I assume this is normal? Any idea how long I need to wait?
