Dear Kenomac,

I am very sorry if you have been insulted by my posts, it was not at all my intention, and I apologize.

There are some very good reasons to encourage Android users to use the "proper" thread for OpenCPN Android. The main one being that the programs are quite different in some ways and there are difficulties for new users getting it installed and charts and GPS running. We should try to consolidate the helpful responses in one dedicated forum as a resource here OpenCPN Android Forum. It is a very practical response to User issues.

"We" hope you will understand and support this effort, and would very much welcome and appreciate your helping other new OpenCPN Android users at this location OpenCPN Android Forum We need all the help we can get.
