OPENCPN - exe file problem

I have downloaded the latest version of OPENCPN.

Attached are two fault notices that pop up. I have deleted the OpenCPN program and re downloaded the CPN software again. However I have the same failed issues. The OpenCPN download goes smoothly, However the notices and failed issue It comes about when I try to add CMAP 93 charts in the chart directory.

My operating software is Windows MS Pro 7. I just changed to a new SS hard drive to my Panasonic Tough book c31, which I intend to use as my navigational computer. What to do next to solve this issue.

Also have you tried looking at the ini file?

What is your source for the download. Did you chech the SHA? Also is your inet connection reliable?
