Is it possible to control the order that charts are shown?

Let's take an island say Martinique for example. I might have 4 chart sources. CM93, Some satellite views, o-charts etc.. Some of the charts for Dominica or St Lucia might also overlap this area at a different scale.

This a pain as normally the chart I want is the one at the bottom of the stack, so have to click the tile icons at the bottom of the screen disabling 5 or 6 charts every time I use the system. It doesn't remember the last position.

There has to be an easier way.

Using chart groups?
The short cuts will bring the chart of your choice with one click:
0: all charts, 1: group 1, etc...

No, not using groups. It didn't make sense to me as many of the countries are so close together I would have to change group regularly. This isn't so easy without a right-click (touch screen).

No you can't prioritize the order of O's chart selection. While zooming up/down the next suitable scaled file is used within the same "family". (ENC/Raster/CM93) If there are more than one chart file for the same scale the selection is more random I suppose. It may be the "newest" is used if that info is available.
You can use chart groups as of bcn's advice.
You can have different chart families on the two canvases, if used.
You can set a single chart file to not being used by the right click selection while hoovering the chart bar. (touch right click is mostly a "long" tap?)
