OpenCpn + BR24 radar plugin

We are trying to use the Lowrance Broadband 3G Radar but it only worked a few times. So we used a Ethernet Sniffer and the rada loop sending the same data packet.

Length: 18 bytes
Data: 01 C4 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

With this amount of data, can you help us to resolve this issue?

Re: OpenCpn + BR24 radar plugin

Yes, looks like a radar.

How did you connect the radar to your PC? (Wire or??)

What's your:
-Operating system?
-OpenCPN version?
-BR24Radar_pi version?

Have you:
-Activated BR24radar-pi plugin?
-Clicked the tools radar-icon to start the radar?
-If the radar is seen by the plugin; (Icon's dot is amber), clicked the icon again to start scanning?
