As mentioned in my earlier posting re .gpx Routes exported from the present OpenCPN v.
ALL exported route .gpx files must have the start of the file corrected.

From the present:
xmlns:gpxx="http://www.garmin.com/xmlschemas/GpxExtensions/v3"

To the correct:
xmlns:opencpn="http://www.garmin.com/xmlschemas/GpxExtensions/v3".

Now my exported route file imports and displays also in the MarineNavigator app.

This is not a correct correction The one Chuck posted in his patch is and will be in the next beta.

I´d be interested to know if the attached .gpx Route file is compatible with Garmin Home Port. Could you try it for me?

I am not on the boat so cannot test your file. However, it contains the errors fixed by the patch. Pointing the opencpn namespace to a garmin file is not a fix.

Thanks Chuck.. I shall just have to await the next beta,but I was just curious as this small work-around DOES the trick for me. Perhaps someone else with Garmin Home Port could check if my attached file works for them?

It works fine now with my MarineNavigator app so it will do as a quick work-around until the next beta. Thanks for testing it...

Thanks for the pointers on GPX Schema considerations.

Turns out that the <link> element was in the wrong order, as well as <type>. Homeport rejects imports with links from files created with O 3.3.719

Both element ordering issues, as well as opencpn namespace specification are all fixed up now in github, and will be seen in next Beta.

Hello,

I think that there is some issues with BSB charts including the polinomials.

When you disable chart quilting and enable zoom to cursor, trying to zoom a point just move the chart in a "random" way.

I checked on US NOAA raster charts. Zoom to cursor works OK here in non-quilt mode.

Can you give us some example cases of your observed problem?

Please change in /plugins/grib_pi/src/GribUIDialog.cpp line 904 this:

Strange results using CM93 charts.

Those covering the United States just stopped displaying. Elsewhere they work fine.

CM93 and Vector charts enabled in opencpn.conf
Copied from a USB stick and named the directory CM93_2
Added the directory in OpenCPN.

Initially they displayed, but then stopped...

This problem applied in previous version as well as just upgraded 3.3.7

Checked chart permissions. No issue there.

One other thing I noticed is that although I enabled CM93 and Vector charts in opencpn.conf (the previous version) next time I started OpenCPN the settings reverted to "0" instead of "1"

Any ideas?
