OpenCPN Android

I just downloaded the app free version and charts. Every thing worked including the icon on my Samsung Galaxy tab S2 which replaced the tab pro.
I am unable to get the menu bar to work. I only see the wrench and the help symbol.
I read the tutorial but don't see any mention of how to display the menu bar.
Second question - after I get everything set and dounload the paid version will everything automatically migrate into the paid version or do I have to start over from the beginning?

I'm not sure, but I think the three icons on the menu bar is all you get with the free version. I have not tried the paid version.
When you hit the wrench button, wait a second or two for it to open. Also, be aware of the menu button in the top right hand corner.

It took me a few days to figure out how to get the app, charts, gpx files on my sdcard, but all seems to be fully functional now.

No menu on the paid version as well.
Additionally my phone Samsun S6 does not show the chart selectios for downloads. Will try to sync the two, maybe it will download that way.

Long touch on any icon in the toolbar will bring up a dialog allowing you to select and enable additional icons for the toolbar.
