Opencpn and bluetooth Royaltek RBT-2100LP

Hello!
I can not paired bluetooth Royaltek RBT-2100LP with opencpn. When I paired bluetooth with notebook, it saied com 35 or 36, but I can not found on opencpn?
I was read on forum, try, but not result???

Interesant, on another lap top, I was install bluetooth without problem (Win7 32 bit) on another I can not pair (Win7 64 bit)
