We did not notice any difference between W10 and W11 - however the purpose was to test the compatibility of OpenCPN, the oeSENC/oeRNC and the upcoming unified o-charts-plug-in with W11, so we did not pay special attention to the performance.
All our W10 system at hand would not fulfill the W11 requirements regarding the processors. For example a Microsoft Surface Go2 from 2 years ago...
If I would be worried about performance, the first thing to add would be a M.2 SSD, as the internal eMMC is known to be slow.
