In your macOS version the folder /Users/admin/Library/ is hidden and therefore not shown in your screenshot of Finder. You will find however all files you are searching in this folder once it is unhidden.
Open Finder and press the Alt key or Options key to be able to see the folder.

It is very unusual to install a user with the name "admin". Please always use a real name like "Peter" or "Thomas" or the such as a user. The name "admin" as a user name might irritate the operating system.
