Open CPN and CM93 charts on Harwei Y6 phone.

Cpn runs fine but cant load charts. Done it many times on W10 and Android but no luck with phone. All I get is dozens of v small overlays over all of screen. Only trying to load SW England files.
What am I doing wrong please?

I've have a bunch of Androids phones and tablets. All works fine with CM93.
Make sure the CM93 folder you use on the phone is working on another system.


"Only trying to load SW England files." That can be tricky. Try to copy a complete CM93 set known to be working on another system.

Hi thanks for suggestions. Tried them a number of times and no difference. Haewei phone insists I use its own interface software. Maybe that is the problem?
Any further suggestions most welcome

When I was using opencpn on my kindle, when it opened the CM93 charts didn't display properly. If I rotated the device to the other orientation, let it redraw the screen, then rotated back, they were fine.

wholybee, thanks for suggestions but no luck. Only got some patterning across across the screen then some whitish banding across lower portion of screen? The mystery continues......
