open cpn 4.4.0

I recently downloaded latest open cpn to one laptop. I got an error message so redid it. I ended up with none of the waypoints etc I had had. I went to the Help instructions to find that reloading doesn't help! Now I cannot find the log file or the .ini file on this lap top - Win10..... I feel very stupid but cant locate ProgramData!!
Also what has happened to Good Anchorage???

It is by default a hidden folder, follow instructions from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...w-hidden-files (If too brief, Let me google that for you)

Also what has happened to Good Anchorage???

Seems the creators of GoodAnchorage came to a major disagreement and ceased to provide the service.
