oeserverd.exe can not start

Hi
I just got my Windows 10 updated to the latest version of Windows 10 20H2 with updates from the month of June. and now oeserverd.exe can not start.
if I do an uninstall from 4.2.19.28 to 4, then it works again.
Then I can load my cards, again

have others experienced this?

our company Applocker has stopped this file to start.

then it's good I sit in the IT department at my job and have access to approve exe files in our Applocker ... :-)

hope it solves the problem.
