Can you check the plug-in installed? ofc-pi would be Fugawi plug-in, not oeSENC.

Plugin ofc_pi is for charts bought from the now abandoned Fugawi.com. But you'll need that plugin if you use charts from Fugawi like the Swedish rasters.
But for OCPN version 5.0 you need to install a updated plugin.
So.. let's reconstitute your system.

1. Make sure you've the OCPN v 5.0
   https://opencpn.org/OpenCPN/info/downloadopencpn.html
2. If you use Fugawi charts update the plugin for OCPN V5.X version:
   https://opencpn.org/OpenCPN/plugins/fugawi.html
   Otherwise please uninstall the ofc_pi Fugawi plugin
3. Make sure you have the latest oeSENC_pi plugin for O-Charts:
   https://opencpn.org/OpenCPN/plugins/oesenc.html
   Make sure it's activated in the Plugins list.
4. Now go to Options->Charts->oeSENC Charts and "Refresh charts list" - (Uppdatera listan)
5. If you're asked for username and password make sure you enter it correct.
   If you get an error about "Check your credentials" (Kontrollera dina inställningar) Go to Options->Plugins->oeSENC_pi->Preferences and "Reset O-Charts login credentials" -> OK and back to "Refresh charts list".
6. Now proceed as of the manual at O-Charts.org
   https://manuals.o-charts.org/oesenc_sv_SE.html
